MULTAN – England scored 492 runs for the loss of 3 wickets against Pakistan in their first innings at the stumps of Day 3 of Multan Test.
In the first Test match being played in the city of saints, Multan, England resumed their innings on the third day with 96 runs for the loss of one wicket. Zak Crawley completed the team’s century with a four but could not stay at the crease for long and was caught out after scoring 78 runs off Shaheen Shah Afridi’s delivery.
Ben Duckett was England’s third wicket to fall, getting out LBW to Aamer Jamal after scoring 84 runs.
Joe Root is currently at the crease with 176 runs, and Harry Brook has scored 141 runs.
