Interior Minister criticizes political leaders on agencies remarks

ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – Federal Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan said the dissenting political leaders should have brought up their voice against RAW and NDS, spy agencies of India and Afghanistan respectively.

Addressing National Assembly today, the minister said terrorists knew that lawyers are failing to assemble at Civil Hospital, adding he vowed that the regime is determined to force this war to its legitimate conclusion.

He briefed the house that a crucial meeting presided over by Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif continued for hours to discuss law and orderliness in the country and the meeting will be taken at one time again tomorrow.

Pakistan has always held an alliance against terrorism and the government took the path of consensus for peace in the land, he said, pointing out that the prime minister decided to progress to an understanding of the military leadership first of all.

It was the first time in Pakistan’s history that the government took decisions in perfect concert with the military leadership, he noted.

“We have to subdue terrorism but this anti-terror operation can never bear fruits without support from the masses,” he asserted.
