World's tiniest, biggest and fastest flash drive unveiled at CES 2018
LAS VEGAS - American flash memory manufacturer SanDisk has unveiled two new USB drives at Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2018.
The first one is the prototype of 1 Terabyte USB Type-C drive, which is said to be the smallest of its kind in the world. However, currently there are not much details available about this drive - but just that it's the smallest yet biggest (due to its storage capacity) and fastest at the same time.
The other one, Ultra Fit USB 3.1 Flash Drive, is the SanDisk which has a storage capacity of 256GB - first in the world.
It has the same form-factor as of other SanDisk Ultra Fit drives, which means it is only slightly larger than the part that sticks into the USB port.
This USB 3.1 Gen 1 drive has a reading speed of up to 130MB/s and available for $149.99.
