Masala Awards 2017: What happened last night

DUBAI - Masala Awards 2017 was one of the most glamorous nights for the Asian entertainment industry. Full of glam paired with some sizzling masala, the night rolled on fabulously.

Sabar Qamar, Mawra Hocane, and Mahira Khan turned up the heat as the divas looked absolutely stunning donning their red carpet looks.

Down to the winners, Mahira Khan was an honourary and presented the 'Asian Woman of Substance' award. Way go girl, you deserve every bit of it #Verna.

Mawra Hocane, having just about  a following of 2.4 million on Instagram and almost 1.4 million on Facebook won the 'Social Media Sensation' award. And boy, she knows what she is doing!

Next up, the powerhouse that is Saba Qamar won the 'Best Breakthrough' award. Saba made her debut in Indian film Hindi Medium opposite Irrfan Khan.

Not to mention, Indian actor Arjun Rampal accepted his award from Pakistani actress Meera for his 'Contribution to Cinema'.
