PM Imran to visit Malaysia on Nov 20

ISLAMABAD – Prime Minister Imran Khan will leave for Malaysia for an official two-day visit on November 20, it was notified on Wednesday.

The premier will call on Malaysian counterpart, Mahathir Muhammed during his visit to Malaysia, while he will also hold meetings with other state officials.

The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief will focus on the promotion of economic cooperation between the two sides.

The PM will be accompanied by Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry and Trade Adviser Abdul Razzaq Dawood.

According to reports in local media, Khan will also receive briefing over Malaysia’s model for swift development.

Discussions would be held on how Pakistan can benefit from Malaysia’s experience and bring about similar prosperity and development.
