BRUSSELS — General Zubair Mahmood Hayat, Chairman JCS Committee, attended 180th NATO Military Committee Meeting at Brussels, Belgium.
The meeting focused on peace and security matters with a special focus on Middle East & Afghanistan, according to a statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
During the meeting, Gen Zubair shared Pakistan’s contributions and efforts for regional peace and stability, especially in Afghanistan.
The Chairman also held meetings with General Joseph F Dunford, US Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Claudio Graziano, Chairman European Union Military Committee, and General Yasar Guler, Chief of General Staff Turkish Armed Forces on sidelines of the meeting, the military-media wing added.
