The deadly terrorist attack on two mosques in New Zealand that left the entire world mourning the loss of at least 49 Muslim lives, is widely condemned by celebrities all around the globe.

On social media, people from all over the world came together to send their sympathies to the Muslims in New Zealand.

Everyone from Bryan Adams and John Legend to Kylie Jenner pledged their support to Muslims around the world.

American singer Halsey posted a moving note on Twitter, encouraging everyone to extend a kind hand towards Muslims around the world and join the fight against extremism.

Reality TV superstars from the Kardashian and Jenner clans also condemned the shooting and offered support to the victims and their families. Kourtney Kardashian, Kylie and Kris Jenner all shared positive messages.

 



 

The Avengers actor Mark Ruffalo offered his symapthy to the victims of the shooting:

Hollywood star Debra Messing promised to stand by the Muslim community in eradicating Islamophobia:

Gladiator actor Russell Crowe, who happens to be Australian, just like shooter Brendon Tarrant, expressed sympathy towards Muslims.

Rambo star Arnold Schwarzenegger, condemned the attack too and offered condolences to the families who lost their loved ones

My heart goes out to the victims, their families, and the people of New Zealand. This is a horrific act of terror but please know that the world stands with you. I stand with you.

 

Even Grammy Award-winning singer John Legend joined in as well, saying that we need to unite against the "destructive white supremacist terrorist movement."

Pakistani currency saw minor adjustment against global currencies on April 19, 2024. US dollar was being quoted at 277.4 for buying and 280.4 for selling.
