ISLAMABAD (Staff Report) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan on Saturday said the martyrdom of Hazrat Hussain (RA) remains a beacon for us today.
The cricketer-turned-politician tweeted that Husain’s (RA) martyrdom is a model for us to stand steadfast and fight against tyranny, for truth and justice.
Youm-e-Ashur is being observed throughout the country on Saturday with due solemnity and sanctity to pay homage to the sacrifices of Hazrat Imam Hussain Razi Allah-ho Anho and his companions in Karbala.
On this occasion, various mourning, Alam, Zuljinah and Taazia processions are being taken out in all big and small towns.
