Karachi Bakery clears out that it is in fact Indian

LAHORE –  Karachi Bakery & Cafe which was started by a Sindhi partition survivor Khanchand Ramnami in 1952 after he migrated to Hyderabad in 1947. However Indians were furious about it’s existence in India and told the owners to cover the name ‘Karachi’ due to the ongoing tension between India and Pakistan.

Karachi Bakery in Bangaluru’s Indiranagar, has faced the fury of Indian citizens.

Nargarjun Dwarakanath, a journalist associated with India Today TV , posted the picture of the shop and wrote: “Protesters thronged KARACHI bakery in Indiranagar, Bangalore and demanded that Karachi part on sign board must be covered because of Pulwama attack.”
