ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – Defence Minister Khawaja Asif on Monday termed the Uri army base attack in India-occupied Kashmir an ‘inside job’ refuting the baseless allegations against Pakistan.
In an interview to local television, Asif alleged that no proof of Pakistan’s role behind Uri attack had surfaced as yet, clearing the air that the attack was a plan chalked out by India itself.

When asked why Pakistan did not raise the issue of Kulbhushan Jhadav (Raw agent busted in Balochistan) when Indian side was terming Bahadur Ali (arrested in Kashmir two months ago) a ‘living evidence’ on cross-border terrorism, he said that they have been “raising the issue on daily basis” for several months.
“Not only Kulbhushan Yadav but we also have Brahamdagh Bugti, to whom India issued a visa on a fake identity, as a proof,” added Asif.
