LAHORE – A worker of ruling Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz was roughed up in an event related to the May 28th event in Lahore.
A footage of the incident showed a worker trying to dash towards the stage housing former premier Nawaz Sharif and his daughter Maryam Nawaz.

As soon as the worker came close to the supreme leader of PML-N to meet him, the staff deployed to secure the former premier caught hold of the worker and started beating him; ignoring the gag orders issued by Maryam Nawaz and former premier.
Afterwards, Railways Minister, Khawaja Saad Rafique met the worker and embraced him for his dedication and commitment.
The political worker shouted slogans in favour of PML-N and ousted premier Nawaz Sharif.
