LAHORE – A video showing the alleged mistreatment of a lady by the personnel of Punjab police went viral over the internet on Thursday.
The video shows a lady police personnel along with a lady clad in a black dress but the sickening part of the clip is that the lady being searched takes off her clothes, the reason for such move could not be ascertained.
Although details are yet to surface as to where the incident happened and its cause, even then the apparently odd video endorses the fact that police reforms are needed in the country not just for bringing down the crime rate but for restoring the faith of masses in law enforcement agencies.
