Former wife of PTI Chairman Imran Khan, Jemima Goldsmith, has made claims through her official Twitter account that Nawaz Sharif had attempted to try to get her jailed while she was pregnant with her second child.
Her shocking statement followed the disqualification of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif by the Supreme Court of Pakistan in the Panama Verdict on the 28th of July.
“Good riddance to the man who tried to get me jailed when I was pregnant with my 2nd child on trumped up (non-bailable) charges of smuggling,” she tweeted.
When PML-N supporters shouted out chants of Imran Khan being a Jewish agent, Jemimah replied: “Good riddance! Still, today spewing out those same, tired, old Zionist conspiracy theories that blighted my life in Pakistan 20 years ago.“
“These dacoits and miscreants,” she added.
Jemima also observed that no civilian Prime Minister of Pakistan had ever completed a full 5-year term, commenting further that “Inshallah the next one will.“
Seems like Jemima has full faith in Imran Khan’s selection as the next Prime Minister of the country, as fully able to complete the 5-year tenure during his reign!
