Shilpa Shetty ditched sugar for three weeks and the results make her look MUCH slimmer

Shilpa Shetty Kundra has stayed true to her #DitchTheSugar diet routine, and managed to ditch not just sugar, but also gluten and dairy too! The able and fit mommy called out to her fans to follow the “secular” diet plan, making it easier for everyone!

Shilpa posted a video on Instagram to three of her fans from London, asking them to take the challenge with her, as reported by Times of India. Shilpa, herself had been sticking to her sugar, gluten, and dairy-free diet for about a week and for the next two weeks, she wanted to try it with the challengers.

Calling it #ShilpaKaMantra, she posted the rules for all the #DitchTheSugar challengers to set it out straight for them. Also, to keep her followers going the svelte mommy applied some reverse logic so the dangers of addiction may start putting them off.

Here’s how #DitchTheSugar worked for Shilpa as she shares with us the results of ditching sugar. “Very few things can change your body the way sugar does. Giving it is up is tough but the rewards are worth it. And once you see the new you, you’ll never want to go back,” she captioned her post on Instagram.

As the challenge concluded for Shilpa two days back, she finally had her Sunday binge on after three whole weeks by relishing in the fragrant joys of a carrot cake at New York! What a “sweet fruit of patience!

Seems like everything worked out for the hot mommy as she now looks slender with a skin that’s beautifully radiant!
