KABUL – A powerful explosion rocked Kabul early Monday although it was not immediately clear if there were any casualties.
The blast occurred during rush hour in the Puli Mahmood Khan neighbourhood of the Afghan capital, interior ministry spokesman Nasrat Rahimi said.
