ISLAMABAD – Kashmir Day is being observed today (Friday) to express solidarity with the oppressed people of India-occupied Kashmir.
The day is being marked to expose the Indian blatant human rights violations in the occupied valley and draw the world attention to the plight of Kashmiri people.
In a statement, Interior Minister Ejaz Shah said Indian forces have imposed an indefinite curfew in occupied Kashmir and the people have no access to essential commodities including food and medicines.
Prime Minister Imran Khan will also address the United Nations General Assembly Session on the recent move by the Indian government regarding Kashmir.
