KABUL (Web Desk) – Taliban insurgent groups have announced a full cooperation with the charities and welfare organisations who are willing to rescue the affected people in earthquake-hit areas of Afghanistan.
According to Voice of America (VOA) journalist Steve Herman the insurgents have allowed charity organisations to provide shelter, medicine and food to those stuck in earthquake hit areas.

Meanwhile media reports have confirmed that over a hundred people have died including a dozen of school girls in incidents linked to Monday’s 7.5 magnitude earthquake.
Afghan forces are leading the rescue operation in Afghanistan along aid workers USAid.
The earthquake was centred near Jurm in north-east Afghanistan, 250 kilometres from the capital Kabul and at a depth of 213.5 kilometres, the US Geological Survey said.
The quake, which lasted at least one minute, shook buildings in Afghanistan, Pakistan and India, sending thousands of frightened people rushing into the streets.
It was also felt in Tajikstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan.
