MUMBAI (Web Desk) – After making her debut in Bollywood last year in Kunal Deshmukh’s Raja Natwarlal, actor Humaima Malick is now set for her debut on Indian TV with the same show she debuted with on Pakistani TV, reported Indian media.
Pakistani actor, who debuted with the Pakistani film Bol, back in 2011, will be seen on the smaller screen with the daily soap, Ijaazat.
The show is set to launch on Zee Zindagi TV which also aired the popular Humsafar starring Mahira Khan and Fawad Khan.
Ijaazat shows Humaima in the character of Pares Usmani, who creates a love triangle between the lead pair in the show. In fact, Ijaazat was also Humaima’s debut on Pakistani TV.
Malick has a line-up of other Bollywood projects as well and is presently working on the film Sher directed by Soham Shah. She has also signed a film with Vidhu Vinod Chopra, besides a Pakistani film,Mission Allahu Akbar.
