PIA suspends flight operation for Turkiye

KARACHI – Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has temporarily suspended its flight operation for Turkiye for different reasons.

Reports said the national carrier would not operate flights until October 13 due to unavailability of inventory and slot at the Istanbul airport.

It is recalled that PIA operated four flights from Islamabad and Lahore for Turkiye. The decision to suspend the flights has left the passengers upset.

A significant number of Pakistanis travel to Turkiye for tourism purposes every year as the brotherly national has emerged as a leading tourist attraction in the world.
