Pakistan Condemns Israels Aggression In Middle East

ISLAMABAD – The Foreign Office spokesperson condemned the increasing Israeli aggression in the Middle East, calling for de-escalation and resolution of conflicts.

In a statement, the spokesperson expressed deep concern over the rising tensions in the Middle East, urging all parties to prioritize peace, noting that the recent attack on Lebanon has further escalated tensions.

The spokesperson said that Israel continues to violate international law and the UN Charter, leading to a severe humanitarian crisis and putting regional peace and security at risk.

They added that these attacks are affecting innocent civilians, and the people of Palestine, Lebanon, and the region deserve to live free from fear and violence. The international community must play its role in de-escalating tensions.

The spokesperson reiterated Pakistan’s call to the UN Security Council to maintain peace and security in the region, as well as to protect Lebanon’s sovereignty and end the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Gaza.

They also stated that Pakistan has consistently advocated a two-state solution, which remains the key to lasting peace in the Middle East alongside the resolution of the Palestinian issue.
