DUBAI – Pakistan defeated UAE by 41 runs in the 10th match of the Asia Cup.
At the Dubai Cricket Stadium, Pakistan, batting first after being invited by the UAE, scored 146 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in the allotted 20 overs.
From Pakistan’s side, Fakhar Zaman stood out with 50 runs, while Shaheen Shah Afridi remained unbeaten with 29 runs.
Captain Salman Agha scored 20, Mohammad Haris 18, Sahibzada Farhan 5, Mohammad Nawaz 4, Khushdil Shah 4, Hassan Nawaz 3, Haris Rauf 0, and Saim Ayub 0.
For the UAE, Junaid Siddique claimed 4 wickets, Samarjeet Singh took 3, and Dhruv Parashar picked up 1 wicket.
In reply, the UAE team were bowled out for 105 runs in the 18th over.
Haris Rauf and Shaheen Afridi picked up two wickets each.
