Horrific hit-and-run: Woman drives for nearly one mile with man stuck in her windshield

CALIFORNIA: A 69-year-old man was killed in a bloody hit and run accident after a motorist hit him and drove for almost a mile with the man wedged in the windshield.

The horrifying incident took place when Esteysi Sanchez, 29, was driving home at around 6:20 a.m. on Monday after a night of heavy drinking. She started to swerve on Mission Avenue and struck a pedestrian, police confirmed.

“The force of the collision caused the victim to go through the windshield of the vehicle and become lodged in the front passenger seat,” read the police report.

Although the deceased has not been identified, police have booked the woman responsible for his death.
