Congratulations to Saif Ali Khan & Kareena Kapoor Khan on the birth of Taimur Ali Khan Pataudi!
The baby’s name was announced in a statement earlier, according to sources.
Many Indian news outlets began sharing a picture purporting to be of Kareena Kapoor Khan with the new-born.
According to Hindustan Times, Kareena and Saif’s representatives have slammed one of the pictures as a fake.
We are still awaiting official confirmation regarding a second picture that is making the rounds.
Saifeena got married in 2012 in Mumbai after a five-year courtship.
Saif is the son of former Indian cricket captain Mansur Ali Khan Pataudi and Sharmila Tagore, one of Bollywood’s finest actresses.
Kareena, meanwhile, is part of the Kapoor clan, a prominent Indian family with a long history in Hindi cinema, with many members having careers as actors, film directors, and producers.
Khan stated, “To have a child now completes us. There is something about a baby that is kind of half mine and half of hers, so, it’s a nice feeling.”
