FREEMONT, Ohio – A woman from US state of Ohio has been arrested and charged with the rape of a male taxi driver.
Brittany Carter, 23, was charged with first-degree rape and aggravated robbery for a January 28 incident, according to the News-Messenger.
Carter’s suspected accomplice, 23-year-old Cory Jackson, has been charged with aggravated robbery and complicity to commit rape but remains at large.
Police said Carter got into the taxi in the early hours of the morning with two men. In the vehicle, Carter performed a sex act on the driver, 29, while another passenger, Corey Jackson, 20, held a knife against his throat.
Carter and the two men allegedly stole $32 from the driver and fled.
Records show that Carter was indicted twice in 2016 on felony drug charges of heroin possession and allowing a vehicle to be used in the trafficking of heroin.
The woman, from Freemont, is being held at the Hancock County Jail on $60,000 bond.
Carter’s accomplices remain at large.
