Google outage: Youtube, Gmail and Drive go down in certain regions

Google and its several key services are suffering a complete shutdown in certain regions all over the world leaving the users in agony, suggests media reports.

According to international media, Youtube, Gmail, Drive, Google Maps are not working in different parts of the world including Europe, North America and Japan.

The reason behind the outage is not yet clear, but users took to social networking sites complaining of issues in the services provided by Google.

According to Independent News website, the issues have occurred a huge day in the tech calendar when Apple is set to launch three new iPhones, including iPhone X and iPhone at 6pm BST.

According to DownDetector, a website that keeps an eye on internet services, the problems with Google’s services began at around 11:13am EST.

Drive is denying access to users giving them a message that they are offline, while users of Gmail are unable to send messages.

Regarding YouTube, people who are using it on desktop computers are facing interruption, while some mobile users claimed to have access to it.

Meanwhile, Google claimed to have resolved the the issues affecting its products and the statements in this regard. Their statement can be check on G Suite Status Dashboard.
