New policy revealed for Pakistanis travelling abroad on visit visas

Good News For Travelers As Another Pakistani Airline Starts Flights To Saudi Arbia

KARACHI – Authorities have announced a new policy for Pakistani citizens travelling to foreign countries on visit visas.

The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority have made it mandatory for the visit visa holders to book return ticket of the same airline as without of it they will not be allowed to board the flights.

The FIA and PCCA authorities have sent letters to the management of all airlines, instructing them not to issue board pass to the passengers, who do not hold return ticket of the same airline.

They have been directed to put special focus on Pakistani passengers travelling to Dubai, Malaysia, Bangkok and other countries on visit visas.

For round-trip tickets, it is also mandatory that there should be same PNR (Passenger Name Record) number on the tickets.

The police aims at prevent the people to travel abroad, who can potentially slipped away for staying illegally in the host country.
