ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – Afghan Ambassador to Pakistan, Hazrat Omar Zakhilwal has underlined the need for improving ties and trade volume between the two countries.
Addressing a seminar on Pak-Afghan relations in Peshawar on Thursday, he expressed confidence the bilateral trade will be taken to five billion dollars per annum by 2017.
He said misconceptions between the two countries need to be removed at the earliest.
The Afghan ambassador said the government and people of Afghanistan are thankful to the people of Pakistan who always stood by their Afghan brethren in hours of trials.
