ISLAMABAD – The government has cut the prices of petrol and high speed diesel (HSD), effective from August 6, 2017.
“The new prices will become effective midnight,” said the Finance Minister Ishaq Dar while addressing a press conference here on Saturday.
However, the prices of light diesel oil (LDO) and kerosene oil have been kept unchanged for the month of August.
Petrol will now be sold at Rs69.8 per litre and diesel at Rs77.4.
