DERA GHAZI KHAN – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Zartaj Gul was arrested by Punjab Police from her residence in Dera Ghazi Khan on Saturday.
According to the official PTI social media account on X, Zartaj Gul was apprehended under harsh conditions, with claims that she was not allowed to wear shoes or take her ‘dopatta’ (scarf) before being taken into custody. The party condemned the arrest, describing it as an act of intimidation meant to weaken their resolve.
“These cowardly actions will neither scare us nor dampen our spirits,” PTI stated on X.
