LAHORE (Staff Report) – Fortress Square Shopping Mall Lahore has received an ISO 9001:2008 and OHSAS 18001:2007 certificates.
The certificates were given to the organization in recognition of its improved performance, quality service, safety measures and operations.
The certificate recognizes quality in customer care and satisfaction along with dynamic, compatible and highly skilled management system to regulate the Mall on international standards.
General Manager of Fortress Square Mall, Col. (R) Aman Ullah Khan Niazi added that Fortress Square strived to provide its customers a secure and comfortable environment for conducting business, buying and selling of consumer goods and providing entertainment services at competitive rates and quality.
He appreciated the top management officials who take keen interest in continuous improvement to maintain quality in all functions of the Mall to meet highest possible standards.
Lastly, the management of Shopping Mall gratitude on getting the ISO Certification which is a big achievement in Mall Industry of Pakistan as Fortress Square is now declared the first ISO Certified Shopping Mall in Pakistan.
