Netflix is now available in Pakistan

LAHORE (Staff Report) – World’s largest online streaming network Netflix has finally announced its operations in Pakistan, and now users will be able to subscribe high quality content for $7.99 per month with one month free offer.

Netflix CEO Reed Hastings announced company’s arrival in 130 new markets including Pakistan at CES Tech Show in Las Vegas.

Following the announcement China is only major market where Netflix will not be available. The giant has however approached Chinese government seeking permission to begin services in the country.

On the occasion Hastings also announced that the service will begin offering HDR content in a few months time.

According to information available at Netflix Pakistan website three packages which include Basic, Standard and Premium are available for users.

PricesUnder these packages users will be able to watch movies, TV shows and other high quality content at up to four screens including personal laptops, phones and tablets.
