KARACHI (Staff Report) – Sindh Chief Minister (CM) Murad Ali Shah has approved aid worth Rs 10 million for the family of late qawwali singer Amjad Sabri.
The CM also directed the provincial authorties concerned to give Sabri’s widow a government-sector job and to handover the financial aid cheque at the earliest.
Sabri was shot dead in Karachi’s Liaquatabad area. Two armed men fired at Sabri’s car as it was passing by the area, where he also lives.
