PESHAWAR (Web Desk) – Criminal elements have found a new way to legalise smuggling of cars from Japan.
As per details, the smugglers import cars in the form of scrap and then join their parts to reshape them in the tribal areas.
The interesting thing is that the VIN numbers of such cars are also not demolished despite strict orders to Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
