Though the movie was not given a heads up by the Pakistani Censor Board for screening in Pakistan, the SRK-Mahira starrer did remarkably well worldwide.

According to reports, the Bol actor starrer made phenomenal records calibrating over $21 million only in India.
The second and third position holders are Yami Gautam with Kaabil and Huma Qureshi with Johnny LLB 2 respectively. Alia Bhatt with Badrinath ki Dulhaniya bags 4th position, while Deepika with her Hollywood debut, XXX: Return of the Xander Cage heads in 5th position on the list.
Perhaps what comes across as most shocking to us is the fact that our queen diva was able to beat even Deepika Padukone as everyone’s favorite on record! Actors do not only want to work with Deepika, but all the top filmmakers want to cast her in enigmatic roles within their movies.
However, be it beginner’s luck or else, we are certainly dying to see how Mahira’s newfound success translates into more and better roles role for Pakistan’s future.
