Pakistani engineer Syed Jibran Hashmi recently received the ‘high achiever DAAD Alumni’ on the basis of his academic and entrepreneurial achievements.
Hashmi who is a CEO of ENCON Grune Ingenieure was presented the award at an event held in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia by chairman Bavarian state parliamentary committee Ingrid Heckner. The event was attended by Bavarian state parliamentary committee, DAAD officials, German Ambassador to Malaysia and other dignitaries.
Jibran Hashmi is a civil engineer with masters in Green and Energy-efficient Buildings. He is CEO ENCON Grune Ingenieure (Pvt Ltd), which specialises in energy-efficient design and sustainable construction of buildings.
After completion of his masters in Germany, Hashmi returned to the country to work on the energy crisis. He aims to build the most energy-efficient buildings in Pakistan. He is currently teaching Sustainable Construction in NUST as a visiting faculty.
With more than 8 years of experience in the field of energy-efficient buildings, sustainable concepts in the construction industry, construction supervision, and project management, Jibran is on a mission to make Pakistan a sustainable country leading in energy-efficient buildings.
