EU reaches agreement to bail out Greece

LONDON (Web Desk) – Eurozone leaders have finalised an ‘agreement’ over a third bailout for debt-ridden Greece, which has been trying to reach a compromise for about five months.

In his twitter account, the President of the European Council Donald Tusk said that agreement on Greece was reached “unanimously”. The deal means the country will remain in the eurozone.

A special fund will be set up to repay the Greek debt, Tusk added.

On the other hand, “We’ve made a good step to build confidence, but there [are] still a lot of steps to implement the achieved,” says IMF Chief Christine Lagarde.
