DOWNPATRICK, BELFAST – Amanda Teague, mother of five from her ex-husband, has decided to marry an 18th century dead pirate.
Jack, a Haitian pirate who was sentenced to death for his crimes in the 1700s is Amanda’s legal husband after she gave up on the idea of dating living men.
As Amanda says, the couple live a fairly normal life; including having rows, going on dates, and even having an active sexual life.
Amanda met jack in 2014, when she felt his presence beside her one night. They finally got married and Jack even said “I do” via a spiritual medium.
Her family is very supportive of the decision.”He is my soulmate. I am so happy, it is the perfect kind of relationship for me. There are a lot of people out there who don’t know about spiritual relationships, but it could be right for them – I want to get the message out there,” said Amanda.
