Banks, Pakistan Stock Market to remain closed on December 25

KARACHI – All financial institutions including State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), Banking Services Corporations will remain closed on December 25 (Monday) on the eve of Quaid-e-Azam Day/Christmas.

According to media reports, the government of Pakistan has announced a public holiday to mark the birth anniversary of Quaid-e-Azam. Pakistan Stock Market and Cotton Market will also remain closed.
