ISLAMABAD – In order to facilitate general public, Capital Development Authority (CDA) has started online system for payment of bills and taxes.
According to media reports, initially, CDA has started online billing with the cooperation of Muslim Commercial Bank while for other account holders, this facility will be provided soon.
CDA and MCB had signed an agreement last month in Jinnah convention centre to make online billing system functional that was attended by high officials of CDA and MCB.
Residents of Islamabad will now take benefit of this facility under which they can pay their bills and taxes online.
CDA Member Administration Yasir Peerzada said we are taking these steps based on information technology only to facilitate public and to address their problems and for this CDA has launched an Islamabad City App which is completely functional now.-Online
