LAHORE – The Police’s Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) has arrested two suspected Islamic State terrorists from the Gulberg area of Lahore after conducting at Khan Colony.
The terrorists were identified as Yaqoob Shah and Mauvia.
Law enforcement agencies also recovered explosive material and provocative literature from their possession.
According to media reports, during initial investigations, the suspects confessed that they had planned to attack important government buildings and installations in the city.
