A 12-year-old New York boy was critically injured on Tuesday night, when he attempted dangerous YouTube stunt called the “fire challenge,police sources said.
The boy was at his home in Queens, New York City, when he sprinkled himself with rubbing alcohol and set himself ablaze while standing in the bathtub as demonstarted in stunt, sources said.
He was supposed to extinguish himself with water but failed to do so.The attempt lead to third-degree burns covering more than 40 percent of his body, officials said.
