Lady Gaga is nowadays making headlines for her upcoming movie with Bradley Cooper, this singer and actress made an appearance on Ellen show. In the Thursday show Gaga unveiled stories from the past when she wasn’t the big name with tickets sold out for her shows. The megastar told on the show how she used to be her own manager.
‘When I started my career , I decided around 19 years old that I was going to go for it as a singer because I couldn’t get any jobs as an actress’ She told the host. She further added ‘I just hit the pavement running and I was dragging my piano around New York City banging on doors. I would call up and would be like: “ Hello this is lady Gaga’s manager, she is really hot right now we would like the 10pm slot for her if you can for her in.”
She obviously didn’t leave out any details as she would change her accent to English accent so she wouldn’t get caught. All this for the best gig she could get her hands on. Fast forward to the present times Lady Gaga ended up with her co-star Bradley Cooper working on A Star Is Born.
‘We’re both from East Coast and we’re both Italian so before I knew it I was heating up leftovers in the kitchen and feeding him and were talking about life,’ Adding ‘ and then we both started to sing together at the piano – song by Crendence Clearwater revival , midnight special. And I heard his voice and I stopped dead in my tracks and I said “Oh my Gosh Bradley… you can sing.’
