ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has shared a Quranic verse for the people who spread fake news.
In a tweet, the premier quoted the Quranic verse from Surah Al-Baqarah [2: 42] which says “And mix not truth with falsehood, nor conceal the truth while you know (the truth.)”

Earlier, the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has launched a crackdown on social media users in a bid to curb those involved in propagating false information.
The FIA officials launched the crackdown after receiving complaints regarding hacking of government official’s accounts.
