NEW DELHI (Web Desk) – India has test fired nuclear-capable strategic ballistic missile Agni-VI, reported The Hindu on Monday.
The sophisticated weapon can hit any target at a distance of 4,000 km.
The trial flight was carried out in the launch complex-4 of Integrated Test Range (ITR) at Abdul Kalam Island at 9.45 am.
Agni-IV is 20 metres long and weighs around 17 tonnes. It is a two stage surface to surface capable missile.
