Pakistan’s Nooh Dastgir Butt continued his impressive performance at the Commonwealth Powerlifting Championship, winning the Equipped Class title after his success in the Classic category.
Nooh Butt’s remarkable performance began with the squat event, where he lifted 340 kg to secure a gold medal.
He then excelled in the bench press as well, lifting 210 kg and winning another gold medal. His performance in the deadlift was also outstanding, as he lifted 300 kg to claim a third gold medal.
In total, Nooh Butt lifted 850 kg to win the Commonwealth Championship’s Equipped title.
Earlier, Nooh Butt had also delivered an exceptional performance in the Classic Class, winning three gold medals and one bronze.
