MULTAN (Web Desk) – According to new investigative reports, many other family members have also been taken into the custody for allegedly abetting the murder and executing it collectively.
The investigation team covering slain model’s murder case has reportedly included many other family members, including a cousin named Zafar, in the investigation on the basis of suspicion.
The police report has revealed that the alleged planner, Waseem’s brother, who lives in Saudi Arabia, had been continuously in contact with Waseem and two other cousins for several days after the murder.
One police officer, on the condition of anonymity, told BBC that the whole family was involved in the murder and Qandeel’s father was made the applicant to evade punishment and trial.
Aarif, who lives in Saudi Arabia will be brought back to Pakistan with the help of Interpol.
