DIR (Web Desk) – Two policemen and brother of Jamaat-e-Islami (JI)’s district councillor were killed after militants attacked their vehicle in Rabaat Bazar area of Lower Dir district in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) here on Monday.
An attacker was injured in retaliatory firing however Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) leader Shad Nawaz remained unhurt in the incident although the assailants were heavily armed.
Local police identified the victims as Sohail Khan who is brother of JI’s district council member and two policemen Fazl e Wahab and Zubair Khan.
