2017 has really been a rollercoaster ride with all the highs and lows. Here are the main highlights of the year.
1) Beyoncé’s major announcement:
The cutest thing ever happened when Beyoncé with all her extravagant style announced her twins Rumi and Sir Carter. We still can’t stop gushing over the beautiful pictures which she released while revealing the names of her twins.

2) “Mujhy Kyun Nikala”:
This is a statement known to all the Pakistanis (unless you live under a rock) . This statement was give by Former Prime Minister and face of Pakistan Muslim League (N) when Pakistan’s politics took a turn.
Nawaz Sharif was questioned for his credibility and the judeges ruled against him he came to the public saying;

We were not the only ones (Pakistanis) facing such issues but the real crazy episodes started when President Trump was elected and Hillary Clinton lost the battle for power. President Trump was THE NEWS!! Tabloids, social media and the world participated in this frenzy.His contradicting statements and his targeting of specific religions and cultures, stereotyping them and hurting them made things crazier. This was not only the most trending topic but it also raised some serious questions.

We all are aware of the power which our drama industry has as it is backed up with amazing stories with perfectly shot dramas, and they have a following not just in Pakistan but also in other countries.

The fashion statements this year were all about furs!! By the end of 2017, we all own something furry!! Every brand, model, fashion show included faux fur and trends tussles. From high end street fashions to direct ramps fur took over! Designers like Micheal Kors, Marc Jacobs , Dion Lee and etc presented their models wear faux fur jackets and coats.
