MUMBAI (Web Desk) – Kareena Kapoor Khan is currently celebrating the success of her item song ‘Mera Naam Mary’ and of course ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ which has clocked a Rs 100 crore weekend! The actress recently admitted that she is consciously looking out to work with directors that she hasn’t worked with before.
In a recent interview to IBN, Kareena admitted that she is an ardent fan of Pakistani director, Shoaib Mansoor. Bebo revealed that she is waiting for an opportunity to work with him, Pinkvilla cited.
She added, “I really want to work with him, He has made some fantastic content driven films and is a wonderful filmmaker.” Shoaib Mansoor is known for his highly acclaimed films ‘Khuda Ke Liye’ and ‘Bol’, as well as several television serials including ‘Ankahi’ and ‘Alpha Bravo Charlie’.
Kareena has Abhishek Chaubey’s ‘Udta Punjab’ lined up, in which she describes her character as ”the conscience and backbone of the film”. She will also begin shooting for Balki’s upcoming rom-com starring Arjun Kapoor soon.
