Are Pakistanis still mocking Mahira Khan over Ranbir Kapoor?

KARACHI - It is no secret that Mahira and Ranbir's alleged covert relationship brought much heat on the actress when the two of them were caught smoking together outside Mahira's hotel in New York Hotel back in July. Many celebrities, including Ranbir himself came to Mahira's aid and defended the actress deeming the act as "her personal choice" and a violation of privacy.

Mahira has now been on a tour for promotion of her upcoming film 'Verna' which is directed by Shoaib Mansoor. Recently a video caught our attention where Mahira is seen coming to Indus University for the promotion of the film. The crowd starts to chant "Ranbir, Ranbir.." as the actress waves and makes her way into the building.

The spectators made it a point to ensure that Mahira heard their taunts and make her remember the fiasco that had her under scrutiny for so long.

Shoaib Mansoor’s Verna is all set to be released across Pakistan on 17th November 2017. Mahira Khan and Haroon Shahid will play the leading roles in the social-drama movie.
